Father of the junior high student who committed suicide in the wake of bullying last year put a female in the present conditions of the educational front of Japan. The basic thought of the Japanese Board of Education is that there is not the bullying by the crime. The Japanese police do not investigate students by the bullying basically. It becomes hard to identify the causation by the suicide in particular. The Board of Education leaves all the bullying unsettled in a secret room.
Former father charged a detective many times in those days, but the police did not accept it. He caused a damages suit against the city and Board of Education. And media took it up and developed into a national argument. The police investigated the school and confiscated much evidence products in a few minutes.

Only an education chairperson is working full time. An organization watching the Board of Education may be established in future.
