Today's lunch was scalloped noodles. It is with a raw egg. The scalloped noodles stew udon and ingredient materials with udon soup steadily.

The sun sets and becomes gradually cold.
Today's supper is sukiyaki.
Because sauce of the sukiyaki is sold in the supermarket, it is very easy.
I only put ingredient materials in a pan.
Beef, leek, garland chrysanthemum, shiitake, grilled tofu, sirataki.
I stew them together afterward.
And I scramble a raw egg in a plate and eat including them. The sukiyaki is very delicious!
And the whole body warms.
By the way, American people seem to eat sirataki including the source like spaghetti. As diet food.

It is the second day of 3 consecutive holidays in Japan.

A friend visited my house today from the distant place.
Her work is an elementary school teacher.
She dropped in at my house while she came to meet the son of the university student.
I am glad!
It is still three years since I meet her.
We are very different in age, but talk well.

The time of my life was replaced by the other dimension.
