The balance to live

It is fine this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cool morning. The world situation changes remarkably. Our surrounding changes with it approximately every day, too. We analyze the situation and examine policies. We judge it calmly and must carry it out. It turns into stress of the mind. And the stress continues piling up in a heart without being settled. We keep balance of the mind every day. It is mysterious. To have been already full of stress in our heart. Our action is always accompanied by hope. When we pursue it, the stress in our heart increases. However, the mind disappears when we do not have hope. And the stress fades away. In other words our mind is the only food of the stress. Hope brings up mind. And the mind increases stress. And, in fact, the stress brings up hope. When a ring of the balance comes off, we cannot live. We must maintain the balance to live. It is mysterious!

It is fine this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cool morning. I take a walk after lunch these days more than 30 minutes. We handle much business every day. Time passes in no time when distracted by them. Today is over. Therefore I continue taking a walk every day consciously. I cannot prepare for that time at all when I do not do so it. This quite gradually works. Night falling asleep and waking of the morning. A change. The preparation of the work. A flash. Weight loss. etc. And I only merely walk, but am very fun! Why? The sky. The sun. Clouds. The mountains. Cityscape. A river. A road. Trees. etc. I think about nothing basically in the time for walk. And I watch me as the material objectively. I assimilate into space then. It is fine this morning. The wind does not blow. It is cool morning. Contracts of the famous emcee and performer are canceled by the TV program. It seems to be caused by a large amount of performance fee. The leaders of the TV station judged that a saving was more important than an audience rating. The saving spreads among the home. We are forced to life to reduce an expense from all fields. We must save expenditure as much as incomes of the family budget decrease. Savings exchanged our conventional sense of values. We came to be careful about the health of oneself and the family. We non-took care of health for work and study at a stretch. It hurts our health. We live every day under accidental environment. So that it is natural. The human being is a creature thinking about various things. And we are creatures misunderstanding all. We understand nothing. We know nothing. We watch nothing. We practice original rules in territory of each. Home. A school. A company. A circle. Religion. A country. The earth. The solar system. A galaxy. We are going to understand other things by the partial way of thinking. It is dangerous. It is necessary for us to change one's criterion. We must take away the dust which stuck to the body. Vanity. Honor. Culture. Pride. Wealth. Power. They are causes of the misunderstanding. We should respect a part of one's instinct. It is intuition. The intuition is a maximum weapon of the creatures which survived under severe environment of this space. Do not we suppress the intuition with reason too much? We must not make differences with partial laws. The current Governor of Osaka Prefecture is a lawyer native place. It is unusual for the top of the local politician to plan a difference correction demonstration in Japan. Because he is originally a person of a side enjoying vested rights.
