It is fine this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cool morning. We have chronic diseases by all means. There is not the totally healthy person in the world. The chronic diseases increase by the aging. We are not a little ill-conditioned every day. When we are well-conditioned, we are worried about it. The chronic diseases are not usually things about direct life, but pain and others are accompanied. It is stress that there is the most in our chronic diseases. The stress lets pains develop in all parts of bodies. At the time of the onset, we do not think that the cause of the pain is stress. We inspect one's body at a hospital. And we are surprised at the examination result. Your body does not have the abnormality. All creatures have stress. Stress is by-products of the aims that we live for. The valid aims implant feeling of satisfaction and the spirit of self-advancement in our heart. And with feeling of irritation and the sense of let-downs that cannot be accomplished. We cannot send all stress out of the body. However, we should learn methods to let we relax feelings, and stress relieve. It is the joy of being alive. The height is 634m. I was the first time that I watched the Tokyo Sky Tree in a near place. It is very high! The Tokyo Sky Tree is a name of the communications towers in Oshiage, Sumida-ku, Tokyo. There is power spot Senso-ji Temple popular with foreign tourists near by, too. A new power spot and the power spot from old times. It is the collaboration of the power spot. And we were made to assume misfortune. The other creatures do not have a concept of the time. They obeyed instinct. They enjoy happiness. Until they are eaten by other creatures. Our brain ticked away fear in a process of the evolution. Our ancient ancestors were bait of the large-sized creature. There was the natural disaster, too. Our ancestors went into the shade of a tree and the underground and shook. The memory continues influencing our brain all the time. However, the fear supported the evolution to a human being. We cannot overcome fear. We had wisdom using the absolute power. Many insolvable problems still exist around us. Of course we cannot overcome them.
