I eat every meal pork miso soup until today since I make pork miso soup with supper in the large pan the day before yesterday.
The large pan was sold cheaply in the home center nearby.
I finish eating all with the tomorrow's supper.
It is a long way.
The pork miso soup is nutritious. And it contains vitamins and a mineral in richness.
And it is delicious above all!
I ate by two cups of every meals.
And I gained weight.
I used the calorie for two cups of pork miso soup by walking today.

It is nice!

Laundry dried well today.
This month began and moved hanging the washing ground from the 1F parking lot to the sunny 2F porch. This is because it is winter, and the trace angle of the sun fell.
It is hard to draw off laundry because 2F porch is small. Because, if anything, I am the obesity figure, I do not get many motions. Therefore every morning is acrobatics. Because I connected a washing line in the middle of the 2F porch, it is a limbo state.
However, I take solar warm sunlight and am very comfortable!
I seem to sleep unintentionally.

I purchased the 30cm size pan the other day in the nearby home center.

It is the pork miso soup pan for dondo firing.
The dondo firing is carried out with a kind of the fire Festival in all over Japan.
It seems to be Imperial Court event of Heian era (from 794 years to 1,185 years /1192 age) in the origin.
It makes bamboo and rides straw and bakes it. And we each bring Kadomatsu and Shinto straw festoons, lucky charms, New Year's exorcising arrows, Dharma dolls of the prayer accomplishment and bake them together.
Boys who became 14 years old visit each family in this area and supply them.
Rice cakes and the pork miso soup which we burnt with them are the biggest events of the festival.
There are seven members of the pork miso soup corps in my area. We boil ingredient materials of the pork miso soup in each family and each bring them for the fire Festival. And we season them in the event meeting place.
This dondo firing is held on January 14, 2013.
I am excited!

I went to Nekogahora street and Yagotoishizaka of Nagoya yesterday. It is work.

Yesterday's Nagoya was clear.



It seemed to snow in Nagoya yesterday.

Laundry dried for strong wind and sunlight in no time. I carried out three times of washing. I folded all laundry some time ago. There is sense of accomplishment.
Today is Saturday!
I watched TV dramas and TV movies which I took to videos this week as usual while washing laundry. It is a regret that there are TV dramas finished in next week.
Let's relax after supper!
I concentrate on TV movies in earnest.

The earthquake was generated some time ago from Tohoku to Kanto. The area where I lived in considerably shook greatly. In the shore, the tsunami is concerned about, too. Please warn all of you!

I went to Totsuka-ku, Yokohama-shi for shopping by way of the drive this morning. There is a market, but a big dining room is added. Many set meals are prepared for the dining room. I took the big pork cutlet which lay to a lot of plates out of the display case. And with fried vegetables. The large serving rice and the miso soup, the garnish took the raw egg. All is lunch service.

They are delicious!
And it is the great calorie!

I came home in the early afternoon and walked.



I used around 20% of calories of lunch.

The supper is pork miso soup.
I return to the life that is diet again from tomorrow.
