The stupid history
It is gradually fine this morning. Comfortable wind blow. It is a relatively hot day.
Typhoon 8 approaches the Kyushu district. Much damage happen in Okinawa district. Typhoon 8 is the forecast to run in Japan from now on.
We must be careful.
The Abe Administration and the ruling party are going to make the law that Japan can make war. It seems to be for the deterrent and the international contribution. Prime Minister Abe visits many countries to explain it. Prime Minister Abe visits each country to demand the understanding of the new frame from countries concerned by APEC.
Except China.
APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) is held in the Chinese Beijing suburbs in 2014/10. China becomes the host country after an interval of 13 years. APEC is an unofficial forum, but is substantial for the international economic meeting. Of course Russia and the United States opposed from the economical interest of natural gas with the current Ukrainian situation participate.
Russia is going to strengthen cooperation with China against vs Russia additional economic sanctions of Japan.
China and Korea did the summit conference in Korea in 2014/7/3. However, there was not the reference for Japan by the joint communique of Korean & China. Korea becomes the appearance in consideration for United States and Japan.
North Korea continues missile launch in response to movement of China. And North Korea demanded the economic sanctions cancellation by talks from Japan, and part was accepted by the Japanese Government. Today's North Korean missile was small discharge to the North Korean coast.
Ukrainian East-West problems leap to the Korean Peninsula North-South problem. Each East Asia country might enter into war.
Surely the back will be pushed by somebody who wants to gain. The exploited countries have been already decided.

power of two representatives!
It is rainy this morning. The wind does not blow. It is a relatively chilly day.
The rainy season returns. In the sea near the shore of Mariana Islands, a tropical cyclone seemed to turn into typhoon 8. The typhoon seems to advance with the speed of 30km/1hour to the northwest. Let's be careful about typhoon information!
The world economy becomes impoverished now.
Disputes break out in response to it again in each world area.
The East China Sea. The Sea of Japan. The Korean Peninsula. Ukraine. China. Middle East Asia.
All disputes are transparent the expectations of the countries which want to secure economic zones.
Ukrainian people are descendants of the world-famous valiant Cossack corps, but they meet a crisis of the national division after civil wars.
Ukrainian people grope for the participation to EU or the Eurasia economy community (association of Eurasia). In Ukraine, the eastern part has a fertile country, and, in the western part, the industry from the former Soviet Union era is prosperous. In addition, a natural gas pipeline from Russia lengthens, and it continues to Germany. Ukrainians of a western young generation hope for the free traffic to the EU area and seem to want to maintain the relations with Russia. Western many Ukrainian elderly people continue having incredulity for the former Soviet Union. And western many people expect EU admission at this opportunity. Many Russian Ukrainians live in eastern Ukraine. They hope for separation, independence from Ukraine. And they hope for admission to Russia.
After the defeat 69 years ago, Japan reached a crisis of the division, but the debt of the past generation evaded it by a relationship. On the other hand, Japanese continue paying back a debt until several years before 20 and continue compensating neighbor countries as ODA afterwards.
As a result, Japanese learned capitalism economy and became rich. A debt of the stupid war of 110 several years caused the war of the previous generation, and the debt saved the people of the existing generation.
Germany and Russia do direct discussion for a dispute in Ukraine. Germany pulls EU economy. Russia is still a military power, but continues groping for capitalism economy.

And all two of them entered the politics afterwards.

Two representatives who experienced extreme society may think about a dispute in Ukraine like own thing.
The human being fought between human beings from old days. And the negative inheritances and debts are in all countries.
However, the capitalism countries climbing over them pushed their way up to the large country, and nations became rich.
A Japanese proverb. Money makes a round of the world.
A piece of bread is superior to strong ideologies sometime soon.
The world may become one by the economic order that wise men brought about sometime.
Let's expect it in the economic power of two representatives!

in the future?
It is fine this morning. Weak wind sometimes flow. It is a relatively hot day.
The rainy season is a break today. The sunlight is heat to hark back to midsummer, but the wind are still cool.
It is a quite comfortable day!
Yesterday, the ruling party decided right to collective self-defense acceptance in a cabinet meeting by the interpretation change of the peace constitution in Japan.
In other words it means that Japan can supply the armaments to an own country and the other countries of close relations. It is that Japan makes war.
At the time of last visit to Japan, American President Obama said to Japanese Prime Minister Abe.
Senkaku Islands are territories of Japan. While Japan controls it effectively. If China controls it effectively, it is to be a territory of China.
It is 69 after the Pacific War.
It followed that Japan couldn't but decide losing parents or the independence from the American colonization basement by a word of the American President.
The U.S. Government praises it, but China and Korea feel a menace in the Japanese armaments.
Why?
The Japanese armaments are the tenth place of the world now,
but ability for northeast battle in Asia seems to be the first place of the world in the sea power.
Japan gradually improved the military affairs budget under the peace constitution so far.
After this bill passed the Diet, the military budget may be included one by one.
After the Pacific War, Japanese learned democracy by the U.S. Government. And Japan accomplishes economic growth of the wonder in American affiliation.
Japan will apply the abundant financial power and high technology to the armaments steadily.
Under U.S.-Japan Security Treaty, American advanced weapons will be imported steadily to Japan.
What happens?
There seems to be a member of Japanese Self-Defense Forces 250,000 budget capacity, but the budget capacity will increase steadily if social position and the salary are improved.
Standard Japanese people are the nations who have awe towards the soldier = SAMURAI with the weapon. Japanese thinking that they want to become God who are at the time of World War II may appear again.
Can Japanese Government and the nation control right wing powers and armed factions inside and outside Japan in the future?

It was cloudy today. However, it has begun to just rain. The thunder sound, too. The wind stops. It is a relatively cool day.
It is right in the middle in this district in the rainy season.
I strolled in the neighborhood after a long absence in the morning.
Many tree frogs wait for rain on leaves of the reed all at once in the neighboring brook!

It is fine this morning. The wind does not blow. It is a relatively hot day.
Though it is still June!
Heat like the midsummer continues in this area of Japan.
We tide over heat with half sleeve shorts these days.
The plants of my home have begun to show various expressions.
When we are downed by heat, they watch us kindly.
It is almost summer from now on.
The unreasonableness is not good.
Let's take it easy!

It is important
It is clouded this morning. The wind does not blow. Relatively humid. These districts gradually clear.
A psychological disorder.
We are always pressed by everyday work.
And we feel somehow occlude feelings.
Causes are external pressure and are internal pressure. The ratios are different by people.
In many cases, we do not treat them.
This is because it cannot have conviction that it is sick.
The person who said, "there are strong uneasiness, a trouble, stress" about work and a career rises to 61.5%."
There are many people called "I do not know what happens to a company after this.The work is difficult. There is much quantity, too. Salary does not rise. Work is not suitable for oneself. I do not get along well with a co-worker and the boss either. Stop it. "
Introduction of the principle of result, the management by objectives lets many people become isolation.

And we become depressed and come to be absent from work for a long term.
Prior performances of the depression.
Mistakes increase. Efficiency worsens. Absence increases.
