Typhoon 17 went ashore near Ibusuki-shi, Kagoshima at about 3:00 a.m. The local people of the course of the typhoon, please be careful enough!

the makeup holiday

Today is the makeup holiday of Children's Day.

It seems to be a calm, warm day.

I go shopping in the morning to the neighboring supermarket. It is the last day of the bargain sale today for the Golden Week.

And I walk from the afternoon.

I was able to improve the figure of the whole body thanks to meal turn diet these days.

Vegetables ⇒ fermented food ⇒ Main dish ⇒ cereals

I divide these food and eat in an each turn.

This works!

It is an eye-opener!
