This global hardship

It is fine this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cold morning. The Japanese prime minister is replaced frequently. The mean term of office of the Japanese prime minister seems to be 26 months. The mean term of office of the German prime minister seems to be 88 months. After World War II, the country which the term of office of the leader has a shortest in developed countries seems to be Japan. Why is Japan? In fact, the Japanese prime minister is not a Japanese leader. All the Japanese each generation prime ministers are odd-man-out of leader at various fields. Bureaucratic organizations. Position political party. The economic world. The religious world. An electorate. etc. The Japanese prime minister is a spokesman announcing what they decided. Therefore members of the ruling party make the person appropriate for the spokesman the prime minister. An indecisive, serious person. The person who does not become absolutely despotic. However, when the prime minister gathers opinions of various fields and announces them, contradiction occurs, and it is questioned on there by the opposition party. The government is made of Minister hasty construction that came out of faction balance. Most of them are hereditary politicians of the simple high educational background. Most of them do not have technical knowledge. Generally they are plausible. And there are few contents for their words. Japanese politicians do the work as the spokesman seriously in that way in politics. And the government receives the attack from the inside and outside of the political party, and Japanese politicians pass the baton to next people manfully. Have the title for a souvenir. The Japanese citizen listens to words of His Majesty the Emperor and major leaguer Ichiro. And we feel happy. The Japanese citizen only checks the mistake of the words of prime minister and ministers. This is because we can suppose the contents easily. All Japanese citizens look for the person who can deal with this global hardship. Nekogahora rues de Nagoya et Yokohama Atsugi promenade
