Those balance



It is clouded this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cool morning.
While we do not know it, we gain weight. Our abdomen bulges with the fat which stuck all too soon.
The bottom of the chin. Buttocks. Both arms. Both legs.
A whole body becomes full of fat.
We forget how to walk when we notice. Both legs do not move as expected when going to sometimes run.
We changed into low-calorie beer.
We refrain from the intakes of carbohydrates.
We go to the gym approximately every day.
We carry out the regular managed eating habits.
But we gain weight.
Are we cursed in anything?
We need many efforts to keep an ideal figure.
In addition, it is important that we maintain healthy bodies.
And mind healthy.
They occasionally fight against each other. They do not get along with each other unexpectedly.
Balance is important to us. And it is compromise plan.
We must not pursue ideals. We lose all after all. We cannot exceed the border as the creature.
We live commonly and greet the time commonly. Oneself in the Nature.
It applies to the prostrate world economy.
A figure. Health. Mind.
Those balance is important!
