A tomato!



It is fine this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cold morning. A tomato seems to be good. The study group of Professor Teruo Kawata (food function studies) of Kyoto University and others discovered an ingredient with the work to reduce acylglycerol in a tomato. It seems to be a linoleate family of "13-oxo-ODA". When we drink tomato juice (200 milliliters) three times a day for one month, it seems to decrease by blood sugar level approximately 20%, blood triglyceride level approximately 30%. The rectal temperature of the index of the fat combustion seems to rise more than 0.5 degrees, too. A tomato is great!
