Nukadoko

It rains this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cool morning. Nukadoko(salted and fermented rice-bran paste for pickling vegetables). I got Nukadoko from the woman of the farming family who always sold vegetables to me around one week ago. It is the antique which mixed various spice with Nukamiso. It smells very good. I soaked a cucumber and an eggplant. By the days to soak them, the taste of vegetables changes steadily.
The pickles are very delicious at all stages!
I soaked Makuwauri.
It is very delicious, too!
The rice bran pickles which is fermented food are most suitable for the food poisoning prevention.

Summer Nagoya

I went to Nagoya early in the morning today. It is work. I just came home. Nagoya was hot and humid as ever. In other words, it is the feeling that is the shape up that seems to be in the sauna. Soft hot yoga seems to be possible outdoors. I was hit by heavy rains in several places on the way home. It resembled a squall. I have not yet gone to the jungle, but think that summer of Nagoya belongs to the jungle of the tropical rain forest. Do not you experience summer Nagoya of the resort, too?

Oriental Melon

It is clouded this morning. Weak wind blows. It is hot and humid morning. It is a quiet day. I went shopping on a bicycle this morning to a farmhouse. I purchased MakuwaUri(Oriental Melon) which was familiar for Japanese people.

It seemed to have been already eaten in Jomon period in Japan.
There is not much sweetness in it. However, crunchy resistance to the teeth is unbearable when I cool it and eat.
I can eat to skin and seeds.

It was a comfortable day today!

I went from morning to Yokohama today. Weak fall wind blew Kamiooka. I walked from the classroom to Kami-Ooka Station. It was quite hot. I took a parasol and was a correct answer. The bitter gourd which I planted produced a fruit last time. It seems to be bitter. And it looks delicious. I harvest it after becoming a little bigger.
Typhoon 6 passed this area yesterday. Because the course of the typhoon came off, there were few wind and rain. We still require attention for waves.
We live with much uneasiness. It is our characteristic. In other words it is crisis management capability. We always grope for methods to deal with crises.

There were a lot of things which I did not use at all. I must dispose of them soon anymore. They monopolize approximately a one-third of a big storeroom.
It is totally a state in our heart.
Do not we put away big baggage in a heart before we know it?
And we cannot throw them away. We cannot notice that we are not conscious. If the state is basic, we misunderstand it.
I arrange the baggage in the heart this time for half day. We must dispose of them. Because we do not have a big storeroom moving them.

They usually prey in each territory and leave a descendant. The creature with the social nature is consigned various part-time jobs to each. And they leave a descendant in the society. The birth. The continuation of the kind. Death. It is the system of the creature on the earth. Nobody can change it. It is the tax that each was assigned to. Nobody can escape.
A human being is the basically same as other creatures, too. We are influenced by the system of the creature on the earth. And the human being is the creature which can recognize time. Time is absolute on the earth. In other words the human being is ruled over at time. Time rules all people on the earth thoroughly. Mind. The body. All. Time does not forgive them.
The human being cannot yet win a lonely fight with the system & time. All human beings cannot win the loneliness of one's life either.
