I boil sponge gourd water now. I cool it and save it in a refrigerator. Because I hate mixing various chemical substances, I just use it up in one week. I put the others in a freezer this year because there is much quantity of the sponge gourd water. I do not know how long I can save it.
Sponge gourd water played an active part last year. Rough weather of the skin was slowed down. It is already the perfect system this year. I mix it with hot water of the bath luxuriously and enter tonight.
