『愛の渦』で体当たりの演技を見せた門脇麦と、映画初出演のモデル道端ジェシカが主演­を務めヨガをテーマに描くヒューマンドラマ。それぞれ異なる性格と背景を持つ女性2人­がヨガを通じて共鳴し合い、もう一度自身の幸福や生き方を振り返る様子を描写する。監­督と脚本を務めるのは、自身もヨガに造詣の深い『Little DJ 小さな恋の物語』などの永田琴。門脇と道端のヨガシーンはもとより、彼女たちの熱演に­心奪われる。
