At first let's practice!

We control the trouble well and must solve things. Do we have a method to control oneself? Zen meditation and yoga, jogging are effective. It is important to spend one's activity with constant rhythm for period of time. Meanwhile, we must maintain the moderation of the feeling. The other. We grow up for bread in troubles. In other words it means that we receive those existence. When we can control one's potence effectively, we can become the strongest common human being in this world. At first let's practice!
