An alarm whistle

It is clouded this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cold morning. World thought of the high technology. At first make a thing. Jump into fame. Modify. An old way of thinking. The strategy that was occupied for the making of a perfect product. This comparison is often used for one of the reasons why Eastman Kodak Company was bankrupted. The principle of paying own expenses, the rigidification of the organization become the weak point of the big company now. In other words it is slackerism. And outside trust, a small organization become natural now. In former most Japanese companies, each organization performed personnel training under the influence of lifetime employment originally. However, many companies sign on a definite term as adaptable fighting potential in the talented people of global standards now. The entrepreneur for a bonanza decreases now, too. It is niche industry. There is the case that the hobby like the application developer of the smartphone changed for work. Eastman Kodak Company seems to be the company which developed a digital camera first. It is the origin of the current smartphone. Development and changes. These are global standards. And the innovation is the collected studies of the daily fine adjustment. The bankruptcy of Eastman Kodak Company may be an alarm whistle to the Japanese government & bureaucracy that became stiffening.
