It is

It is fine today. The wind does not blow. It is a relatively hot day.
By U.S.-Japan Security Treaty, the U.S. Forces in Japan deployed V-22 Osprey to bases in Japan.
Osprey is a vertical takeoff and landing carrier of the tilt-rotor method that U.S. forces and war industries of America developed. The development program of the warplane of this method seemed to begin more than half a century ago.
This warplane has difficult operation and seems to fall frequently in the mainland U.S. New Mexico Canon air force base seemed to cancel the flight training of this warplane for the opposition movement of inhabitants.
This warplane does not seem to have an automatic rotation function unlike a helicopter. And propellers are not installed in the center of gravity of the body.
And the training seems to fly 150 meters above the ground.
All assemblies of 41 Okinawa cities, towns and villages object to Osprey deployment in Japan.
The Japanese Government hid the deployment plan from the nation to date from 1996/10. All successive Ministers of Defense said in this way. "There is not such the deployment plan" The successive Japanese Government seem to be handled by defense bureaucrats and financing bureaucrats. All the Japanese tellers of important political offer from the foreign government seem to be bureaucrats of each ministries and government offices. It is a kind of their vested interest. And bureaucrats arrange all. Because politicians are amateurs, they are yes-mans of bureaucrats. And politicians read the memo of bureaucrats without any intonation when deployment time approaches. It is the same as process of the re-operation of the nuclear power plant. In fact, people of Okinawa get angry for constitution of such Japan. "Okinawa is a colony of Japan"
Osprey seems to be deployed in the Iwakuni base. At all events the deployment is far from metropolitan area and the Kansai area distantly.
All human beings become arrogant.
How will human beings grow arrogant?
It is shameful!
