Bitter gourds


It is clouded this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cool morning. I purchased bitter gourds the other day in a direct sale place of the farmhouse nearby.
They are for foods boiled down in soy. I was taught a secret recipe by the woman of the farmhouse.


I made it last night.
It is delicious!
I refrigerate it and save it.
It seems to be all right for one year.
However, I seem to be able to eat it within one month.
The bitter gourd is the best!
