British democracy
Weak rain falls this morning. The wind does not blow. It is relatively cool morning.
British public employees demonstrated.
The British Government suggests spending cuts to nations. As the one, the pension reform bill of the public employee causes intense repulsion. Approximately 2 million people including staff of a school and hospital people concerned seemed to participate in a strike carried out in the whole land of U.K. according to estimation of the labor union side.
Japanese public employees do not have the demonstration right. Therefore the pension policy of public employees never changes in Japan. Other systems of public employees do not change, too. Nations and politicians cannot touch it.
Though it is a country of the parliamentary democracy same as the U.K.
Public employees can move all Japanese organizations freely.
Nations do not have the authority to dismiss public employees. An organization watching public employees is public employees.
Japanese politicians and public employees are going to change the pension policy except the public employee. The contents are the same as a British pension reform bill.
Japanese nations do not demonstrate for it. Because it is useless. Cabinet ministers of the government are yes-mans of public employees. Other political parties are the same, too.
Aside from policies, British democracy is enviable!
